Our mission at Rewyndr revolves around relieving / reversing aspects of the original curse on mankind in the Garden of Eden, that mankind would experience difficulty, pain and toil in their work. More specifically, we have committed as a company to be on mission as the best company for empowering frontline workers (regardless of ability) to safely succeed in challenging and changing workplaces. This mission is shared with our team, customers and stakeholders often. We are convinced that flourishing is inevitable by caring primarily for the well being of our end users in these ways. When important knowledge gaps are no longer hidden, or stuck in other people’s heads, but rather surfaced and brought into the light with our operational technology on mobile devices, everyone is blessed and has better outcomes. In addition, we have been very deliberate about our company values and several times a month reaffirm with each other in leadership meetings where we see these values showing up in the team.
